Introducing FOCUS Framework
Transforming your life, one area at a time; it's a step-by-step framework for clarity, progress and transformation across 12 key areas of life.
My word in 2024 was REFRAME and I created a simple program for the whole year. I realised not everyone managed to achieve their goals/intentions for the year. So, in November 2024, I decided that I want to do one thing at a time in 2025. The word was FOCUS.
Since I have many ideas, knowledge, wisdom and insights, I couldn’t focus with so many things to do. I remembered, over two decades ago, when FOCUS: Focus One Course Until Succeed, came to me from one of the “big” personal growth coaches. This inspired me to share this inspiration with my students and my audience like you.
No matter if it’s managing your finances, improving your health or building better relationships, the path forward can often feel unclear or overwhelming. That’s why I created the new FOCUS framework. It’s a simple, adaptable guide to help you achieve clarity, take action and sustain meaningful change.
FOCUS is more than a framework; it’s a lens for approaching life with intention. Over the coming weeks, we’ll explore how to apply it to several of the 12 key areas of life, starting with one of the most impactful: money and finance. Enjoy!
What is the FOCUS framework?
FOCUS simplifies goal-setting and achievement into five actionable steps that work together to create clarity, alignment and momentum:
F: Find clarity
Define what you truly want and why it matters to you.O: Organise goals
Break your goals into short-, medium-, and long-term milestones.C: Commit to daily actions
Build small, consistent habits that align with your bigger goals.U: Understand obstacles
Anticipate challenges and plan solutions to stay on track.S: Sustain progress
Regularly review your progress, adjust your plan and celebrate your wins.
Each step builds on the last, creating a flexible yet structured path for transforming any area of your life.
FOCUS in Action - 12 Areas of Life

Relationships: Strengthening connections with loved ones and improving communication.

We’ll start with money and finance, a foundational area that impacts many others. What would you like to learn next after money and finance?
